Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you total control over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward mails from one email box account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email boxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the email box account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
